We are beginning to accept names for the All-Souls Slideshow that will be projected at the beginning of every weekend Mass and on our website to help us remember our departed loved ones during the month of November. Please use the online form linked below.

For those that would prefer to hand write the names using the All-Souls envelopes instead, we will be entering those on the slide show as we receive. Please be sure to print clearly to ensure accuracy in the spelling.

Names received by October 18 will be included on the slides by the weekend of November 6.

Names received after November 15, will be included with the others to be prayed for at the altar, but will not be included on the slides.
