For requests received by Friday, January 20:
Tax letters will be available for pick-up (or mailed) by Tuesday, January 31. They will be issued no sooner than the last full week of January.
For requests received After Friday, January 20:
Tax letters will be available for pick-up by Tuesday, January 31 or within 3–5 business days, whichever is latest. Please allow an additional 3–4 days for mailed letters. (Please note: We are unable to expedite requests.)
